Full 90-Day Quality Warranty
All Etonic products are warranted to be free of defects
in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date
of original purchase. Products found to be defective
will be repaired or replaced with the same style or
an equivalent Etonic style.
Limitations and Conditions of Warranties
1. The warranties set forth above do not apply to shoes
used outside of the United States; the applicable warranty
for such shoes is the warranty given for shoes in the
country of use.
2. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be evaluated and handled in Etonic’s sole discretion, based on the condition and wear of the returned shoes.
3. Any replacement or repaired product will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the returned product, not from the replacement date.
4. All warranties implied by state law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited as set forth in the limited warranties set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the term of a limited warranty, so this limitation may not apply to you. With the exception of any warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, the limited warranties set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, agreements and similar obligations of the manufacturer or seller.
5. Etonic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of Etonic shoes. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
6. The warranties set forth above give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
7. There are no other warranties other than those described above.
8. No person, agent, distributor, dealer (including an Etonic retailer) or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
9. Even though the applicable warranty period may not
have expired,
certain conditions may invalidate Etonic’s warranty
coverage. For
example (without limiting the conditions which may invalidate
Etonic’s warranty coverage), Etonic will not issue
a replacement product or
credit for returned shoes that have experienced:
· excessive
damage / scuffing to upper caused by toe drag
· cracking
of upper leather caused by lack of proper maintenance
10. Etonic warranties also do not cover worn shoes returned
for a size exchange.
RETURN POLICY: Consumer returns should be brought back
to the Etonic retailer where they were purchased along
with the original sales receipt. Retailer returns

Two-Year Waterproof Limited Warranty
Etonic warrants certain shoe styles to be waterproof for two years from the date
of the original purchase if the shoes are reasonably used and cared for, provided
that the leaks are not the result of cuts, abrasions or other damage to the shoes,
or unreasonable use of the shoes. If the leakage develops during the warranty
period, Etonic will replace the shoes with the same or an equivalent style upon
prompt return with the sales slip to the original place of purchase.
One-Year Waterproof Limited Warranty
Etonic warrants certain shoe styles to be waterproof for one year from the date
of the original purchase if the shoes are reasonably used and cared for, provided

Etonic Traction Warning
Spikeless golf shoes (without metal spikes) and golf
shoes with replaceable plastic cleats are designed
to reduce damage to greens. Different surface and weather
conditions may cause the wearer of Etonic shoes to
experience reduced traction. Use caution when walking
in wet conditions, on steep slopes with loose surfaces
(leaves, dead grass), wooden features (bridges, steps,
railroad ties) and on hard, smooth surfaces (ice, rocks,
concrete, tile, marble, hardwood floors).
